  • What is your fee?
    An initial assessment is $250 for a 1 hour consultation. Follow up visits are $90 for a 30 minute consultation. ​ Please check back frequently for updates on insurance accepted! If your visit is covered by insurance, you will be responsible for any applicable deductibles, copays, or coinsurance.
  • What is medical nutrition therapy?
    Medical nutrition therapy (MNT) is the application of the nutrition care process for disease management. These services include nutrition counseling and are provided by a registered dietitian.
  • What if my family member has special needs?
    I see patients who have other health concerns that impact their nutrition needs, including those with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, cognitive decline, schizophrenia, depression, and anxiety. When we work together, I individualize treatment to match the client's needs.
  • What conditions do you treat with MNT?
    I see patients who have diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, metabolic syndrome, kidney disease, PCOS, malnutrition, disordered eating, dysphagia, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, nutrition support needs (enteral nutrition/tube feeding,) constipation, IBS, and upcoming bariatric surgery. This is not an exhaustive list, so please reach out to me!
  • Will you give me a diet plan to help me lose weight?
    I can help you learn what foods are good for your body and work with you on behavior change with the goal of empowering you to make educated choices that improve your health.
  • How do I schedule?

  • Do you take insurance?

  • Where are you located?
    I see patients over telehealth. For in person appointments, my office is located in Catonsville, MD, near St. Agnes Hospital.
  • What is your approach to nutrition counseling?
    I work collaboratively with my patients to reach their own nutrition goals. Motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral techniques help my patients with behavior change. See more about my philosophy here. Check out my background here.
